  3. PURPOSE:  Transfers the operating system files to a disk.
  4.  
  5. TIPS:  This command can be used to transfer the DOS to application
  6. program disks designed to be used with DOS but sold without it.  You
  7. may also use it to add DOS to newly formatted floppy disks.
  8.  
  9. HOWEVER:  The directory of the disk must be completely empty ... or
  10. it must have been FORMATted with a /S or a /B.
